How do I order?
Have a look around the Gallery by clicking on Print Gallery. When you find a print you like either click on the picture or 'Buy Now' button. Click on the picture to enlarge it and if you wish to buy a print select none from the menu. For a framed print select the frame you would like. Then click “Add to Cart” button. If you wish to continue shopping keep browsing and adding prints to your basket. To delete an item from your basket, click 'Remove' and 'Update'. When you are ready to complete your order, click 'Checkout '.As a new customer you will need to register your details, username and your password as this will enable you to access your account and track your orders. Or, if you prefer you can use the Quick Checkout. Either way once we have received your order we e-mail you progress reports through to dispatch.Then you just follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option. What frames can I choose?
We offer certain frames with our prints, that we have selected at discounted prices. Our frames are quality wood and are custom made for each order.
Framed pictures are board backed with glass and finished ready to hang.
However, we can supply a huge range of frames, and should you require something different then we can discuss and provide a quotation. Just add the details to the comments box during ordering or e-mail us the details first.

(Note: ART for ALL reserves the right to change the quality or style of standard frames dependant on availability. We can only frame artwork purchased from Art for All.)   

What guarantee of quality do I have?  As members of the Fine Art Trades Guild, we work to the standards set for picture framing, and to the code of ethics. (A copy can be supplied on request). That is why we recommend you use your local FATG framer when you purchase mounted prints from us. www.fineart.co.uk to check for a framer near you.

How can I pay?
Cheques, Debit/Credit cards and our easi-payment scheme (see delivery in gallery navigation bar)


Do you deliver or send products outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes, print only and mounted prints. Delivery costs will be advised at the time of order. For insurance reasons, it is not possible to deliver framed pictures outside of the UK mainland.

Can I deliver to a friend’s address?
Yes, we can normally deliver to any address you specify. As long as the delivery is between Monday - Friday and a signature can be obtained. (1st Class postal service for small packets not included). However, we can arrange express delivery for those urgent orders.


Can I send a message with a gift?
Yes - just enter your message in the comments box or you can use our Gift Wrapping service. At your request, we will gift wrap the items of your choice to suit the occasion, along with a gift tag bearing your own personal message. We will then deliver the items directly on your behalf, to another address as advised. Then let you know that the parcel is in transit and send the receipt to you.The perfect solution for those special gifts - which means you can say ' bye bye' to that sinking feeling - when you realise that you have forgotten that all important date !!

Will I receive an order confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details.We also e-mail you on the progress of your order through to dispatch.

 

How are orders packed for shipping?
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition, so we make every effort to ensure your order arrives intact.
* Small unframed paper items - Flat packed within hard backed security sealed envelope
* Large mounted prints - wrapped in kraft paper and secured in hard board outers
* Framed prints or stretched canvas - wrapped in kraft paper and bubble wrap and secured in a custom made hard board box.

Is my package insured during the transit?
Yes, your package is insured and guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied or the package is damaged on receipt - you must advise Art for All with 3 days of receipt. Then return the order to Art for All within 14 days of delivery date, but we can only refund delivery costs for damaged goods only.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship print only/mounted prints within 10 days of receipt of order and within 21 days for framed/canvas prints. However, we aim to deliver within these time frames when ever we can.


How will my picture be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide between Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. A signature will be required. (1st Class postal service for small packets not included). If you are out a re-delivery card will be left. Should you wish delivery is made to a neighbour just add details to comments box when ordering.


How will I know when my order has been despatched?
We will email a confirmation of dispatch, and expected delivery time. Only then do we take payment inline with Mail Order Guidelines.


What if I’m not in when my package is delivered?
If you are out, Parcelforce Worldwide will leave a re-delivery card. Should you wish delivery to be made to a neighbour just add details to the comments box when ordering. If you want to arrange another delivery time or specify them another delivery address, you will need to phone the number specified.


Can I get a refund?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, please send an e-mail to enquiries@art4all.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.


How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive the goods back we process the refund within 14 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and then when refund will be made. Refunds will be made in line with the payment option used.


If I change my email address or move, what do I do?
Just go to “My Account” page and select the relevant details. You can then amend your address, personal details or password etc, as you wish.


If I forget my password,what should I do ?
T ype in your email address, and click on 'password forgotten?' you will then recieve a new password. You can then go to 'My Account' and change your password, if you wish.


Is shopping online safe with Art for All?
We partner with Paypal for secure credit card transactions or you can pay by cheque. It is your choice. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1984. Any information or personal details we hold is only used for our business purposes and never passed to another party. Customers may request a copy of the details held on computer by Art for All, however an administration fee of £10 will be payable.

How do I stop Art for All sending me e-mails?
When you order or enter our competitions or contact us by e-mail, we reserve the right to capture your e-mail address. This is to enable us to communicate or send information or offers that may be of interest to you. If you do not want this to continue, please email us at any time, with 'Remove' in the subject line and we will remove your details from our our mailing list.
