Once we have received your on-line enquiry, we confirm the
details and price, via e-mail.
Orders are processed once payment is received and this is then taken only when
the goods are dispatched. We keep you updated throughout, via e-mail, regarding
the progress of your order.Should you ever wish to cancel your order you can
do so at any time prior to delivery, after this you are then covered by our full
guarantee.(see below)
Standard Delivery
UK mainland only - prices include packing costs & FREE delivery.
So the price you see is the price you pay. From receipt of order and payment,
mounted prints and posters are sent out within 10 days. Framed prints are sent
out normally within 21 days. In fact we treat every order as a priority and aim
to deliver every one, well within these time-scales. Framed pictures are not
delivered outside of the UK, due to the excessive costs and the risks in transit,
but we are happy to advise customers as to how a print could be best mounted
and framed.
For deliveries outside the UK we will advise the extra cost based on weight by e-mail prior to accepting
an order. The amount needs to be added to the total and that amount paid via Paypal or by cheque.
The following amounts are a guide as to delivery costs for mounted prints only - Airmail: up to 1Kg

Delivery
If you need your order on a next day delivery, either within the UK or Worldwide.
E-mail us to check and we will advise you of the additional cost to be forwarded/added
to the total. See above for details relating to deliveries outside of UK.
EasiPay Payment Scheme

This is not a credit scheme, it is very simple. If you would prefer to spread
the cost of your order over a 3 month period, then you can.

- You will not be able to use the shopping basket credit card payment facility.
You have to e-mail your request to enquiries@art4all.co.uk and when approved
you can purchase as follows:
- Send confirmation by post along with a 40% deposit. We will then put your
order together, advise you when it is ready, and hold it for you, until payment
is completed so releasing the goods for delivery.
- You can then send, for example, 30% the next month and the final 30% the
following month. It is entirely up to you how the outstanding amount is split.
- On receipt of the final payment, we will despatch your goods to you.
This scheme does not affect your full money back guarantee or your statutory
rights.

OUR PERSONAL GUARANTEE
ART for ALL is very careful in selecting quality art prints. Each Limited Edition
Print is numbered and signed by the Artist, and authorised by Art for All with
a numbered & signed Cerificate.We ensure that the edition size is restricted
to the number stated, and all plates,screens,files etc. are destroyed by the
printmaker or publishers once edition run is completed.

Returns Policy
We take great pride in supplying you the best quality at all times, however
we do appreciate that there are times, when for a variety of different reasons,
you may not be satisfied with your order.
Our policy is simple - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
order return the goods within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.
As follows:
• e-mail us the reasons for return -i.e: damaged in transit or quality
not acceptable. Quoting your order/invoice number.
• Re-pack the goods in the orginal packaging
• For damaged goods an insurance assessment may be required. We will advise
procedues and once completed, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement
or a full refund.
• For any other reason, the item(s) must be returned at your cost in good
condition, within 14 days, carefully repacked in the original packaging. On
receipt a full refund of the order cost will be made. (Please note: Frames are
custom
made and cannot be re-used for any other purpose. Art for All therefore retains
the right to deduct the cost of framing from any refund, for returns that are
not damage or quality related.)
Complaints
If at any time you are disatisfied with any merchandise or service, please
direct your complaint in writing via enquiries@art4all.co.uk to either Judy
or George Lilley - who will personally deal with your complaint. We aim to
respond to all complaints within 1 working day, but in any event it will
certainly be within 4.
